Equal parts impressive and disappointing
Conveniently located near the central train station, the hotel ensured a hassle-free start to my Milan adventure. The room was well-stocked, featuring coffee essentials and a clean atmosphere.
The room's layout felt cramped, with the bathroom door almost touching the bed. Unfortunately, I was also disturbed by noises from neighboring rooms, which impacted my sleep quality.

such high expectations for Bernina, but alas, walls were so thin, I could hear my neighbour peeing! and the A/C was an absolute joke, freezing one moment, boiling the next! I was hoping for a complimentary upgrade or atleast some extra amenities to make up for it, but apparently that’s too much to ask. almost gave it a good review, just couldn't.

Had an awesome time with friends! The spot was just a few minutes from the main train station, which made our outings easy. We enjoyed the fresh breakfast variety each morning. The made-to-order cappuccinos were a hit. Our comfy room had everything we needed after exploring the cathedral and nearby attractions. Definitely recommend for groups using the train!
One downside was the slow elevator during busy mornings. It wasn't a major issue, but a bit inconvenient when we were in a hurry.

The hotel boasts a perfect location near the central station, making it easy to access metro services and nearby dining options. The daily breakfast spread was impressive, especially the variety of delicious European pastries. the noise from other guests made it challenging to get a peaceful night's sleep, especially with thin walls that allowed sounds from the hallway to intrude. the lack of check-in flexibility was slightly disappointing, as I had hoped to get in earlier after a long journey.

Convenient Stay with Friendly Service!
I had a lovely stay for two nights. The room exceeded my expectations in size and cleanliness. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, allowing me to drop my suitcase early. Just a heads up, breakfast isn't included, so plan accordingly!

The breakfast had a great variety, from healthy delights to delicious pastries, and they whip up cappuccinos on demand—talk about waking up right! The friendly vibe from the staff made every interaction a treat, really lifting up the Milan experience. Plus, having an electric kettle in the room was a nice touch for us tea lovers!
The shower area was a tad cramped, and I felt a bit like a contortionist trying to get clean. A bath mat would be a welcome addition to help avoid any slippery mishaps when the soap bubbles hit!

Rooms feel cramped, especially with a shower cubicle smaller than a Wookiee’s footprint, which can be a tight squeeze for larger travelers. Noise from the corridor can sneak in, disrupting sleep, and the air conditioning is temperamental—flipping from humid heat to chilly in a blink. the breakfast selection is pretty standard and not included in the room rate, which feels a bit stingy.
